President & V.P.

The President and V.P. are responsible for coordinating and managing the various committees. 

Summary of Tasks

Before June:
  • Recruit board/committee volunteers 
  • Ask volunteers to shadow previous year committee members
 By August:
  • Set up method of buying tickets

Throughout the year:
  • Coordinate with all committees
  • Run monthly meeting
  • Help secure decorations build site
  • Coordinate with Monta Vista on use of site and other needs from the school
  • Secure storage for decorations
  • Manage any legal obligations
After the Party:
  • Coordinate with the next year’s exec group for clean- up
  • Provide a volunteer shift for take down and create a plan for what is kept and what is thrown away with Decorations committee
  • Coordinate with take down and transportation so that the area is totally cleaned up.
